Jake Hull and I (with the help of many talented young filmmakers) just shot a feature (70-80min runtime) in 10 straight days. Done. Maybe some mild ADR to make it xtra professional at no extra cost.... WE DID IT! Editing starts tomorrow!

WORKING:
Kalyway 10.5.2 Vanilla Install, networking, sound, IDE drives, etc.
Video card with quartz extreme and core image.
photobooth! eyecandy! Takes video too! With the fun chroma keys you out with a plain colored background!
VMWARE FUSION: xp runs pretty okay. Gonna order 4 gig more RAM to make it sing though.
EyeTV: Can record HD off my homemade antenna while encoding H264 ipod version of another HD show. Remote works like Front Row.
Itunes gets like 88 fps.
Tried some game demos. Kinda slow.
Bluetooth is still wacky whenever the compy goes to sleep. Otherwise it rocks.

This is what I know and/or will reveal at this point:

Demo Derby. Noir.
Coming of Age. Action Adventure.
Yet in my tradtional dizzy style...

Improv Performances from Characters.
Wireless In-Car Cameras, POV.
Orchestra in surround sound score.
The Derby pays for the cameras AND the help.
Purchasing admission to DERBY event comes with a free DVD or HD Download the day the film premieres.

Tobacco Free Nebraska:

We shot this spot about a farmer (played by Denny LaDue) quitting chewing tobacco. I got recruited to scout, cast, and find lcoations. It was a lot of fun and it's on ALL THE TIME on multiple Nebraska TV stations lately.

A. In my parents kitchen (with laptop hooked up to dialup on PURPOSE!) and living room (calling the quitline)
B. In my parents living room (calling the quitline)
C. On my parents front steps with Hank the dog!

I want to post all of my Resume type videos here in H264 quicktime. (Professional stuff, not my DJ stuff).

BUT! Now you can STREAM them inside a tasty flash wrapper!
